Will You Have to Speak to a Judge or Prosecutor?
When you hire me, I will speak to the judge and prosecutors on your behalf. You will not be required to speak to, or answer questions from, a prosecutors unless you plan to testify at trial.
Likewise, I speak to the judge for you. If you are required to speak with a judge, the Hunter or I will stand beside you and guide you through the process.
At a typical court appearance, you will do nothing more than sit in the back of the courtroom and will not be required to speak. That is what you are hiring me for.
