How Well Do We Know The Judge and Prosecutors?

As a former prosecutor, I know the judge and prosecutors of Collin, Dallas and Denton counties very well.  More importantly, THEY KNOW ME!  As a former prosecutor, I have worked closely with many of the judges that may hear your case.  In addition, many of the prosecutors worked with me, went to law school with me, or have had multiple cases against me.  Because of these factors, I am very familiar with the habits and tendencies of the local judges and prosecutors.  This DOES NOT mean that I will necessarily get you a better deal than another attorney, but it does mean I will be able to better advise you on how to handle your case based on our knowledge of either the prosecutor or the judge.

Trial Experience

Although my prior experience as a prosecutor is valuable to my clients, a more important advantage is my trial experience.   The reputarion I have earned in trial gives my clients a tremendous advantage of other people who hire attorneys that the State KNOWS will not set a case for trial.
